Children must isolate for 7 days while they recover.
Day 0 is the day symptoms started or from a positive test, whichever came first.

Household Contacts do not need to isolate. They should test daily for 5 days. If they test positive, they need to begin 7 days of isolation as someone with COVID-19.
Isolation ends in 7 days after symptoms started or positive test, whichever came first.
Isolation can not be ended early, even if a later test is negative during the 7 days.
You do not need a negative RAT result to return to work or school.
Free RAT tests
You can order free RAT tests if you have symptoms of Covid 19 or are in a household that has Covid 19.
