Hello all,
Thank you to those who attended the Spring Fair meeting we had on Tuesday as we tried to finalise the events/stalls for our upcoming fair. Next week we will be ramping up communications regarding this year’s Spring Fair as it is now less than one month away. There will be a dedicated Spring Fair newsletter explaining what is happening and when, plus what we need from our wonderful Puketaha Community to make it happen! We are desperately seeking some people to oversee certain events. There will be a roster going up soon where we also will need helpers/volunteers for various stalls in one hour time slots. Please can you message me if you think you can oversee an event, or write your name down as soon as possible when the roster appears. (Or message me and I can write it in for you!)
If there is anyone or company who is still interested in becoming a Sponsor for this event we are looking to finalise our printed documents so it would be great to hear from you sooner rather than later!
There are tiers available: Gold $500, Silver $250 and Bronze $100. This money is use to hire equipment or purchase materials required for the fair and just make the event more profitable. Sponsors are welcome to put their flags up at the School next to a stall, provide a blurb that the MC will read out and will have their logos on the Flyer/Map handed out on entry. Plus, they will be recognised in the school newsletter.
