Term 3 is here, and for the PTA this term it is all about preparing for the Spring Fair. As I have previously indicated, we will be following a pretty successful formula from the 2019 event, albeit with a few tweaks, as that day went so well. Funds raised are earmarked for a new Learning Through Play area. We would like to again offer the Puketaha School Community the chance to become a sponsor at this event. For those who supported us last time in this way you will be getting an email from me, but if there are new supporters to the school, or of this initiative please make contact with me via the pta@puketaha.school.nz email.    

There are tiers of support available i.e. Gold $500, Silver, $250 and Bronze $100.   These funds enable us to hire equipment and purchase goods to help with the successful and smooth running of this event.  Just a reminder, the PTA operates as a Charity so donations are tax deductible and you will receive an invoice/receipt. Each sponsor has the opportunity to place their signage by an attraction and will have their logos on the information/map sheets that get handed out to the public on entry.  The other thing I will mention is that we will be putting up the Spring Fair Support Roster by the school office. This year we would like to have one person act as the overseer for each event who then is responsible for messaging each helper who has their name down to help for the different time slots for each event.   We very much rely on your help (or your family member’s) to assist at the various attractions so please support us if you can.    Mark it on your calendar…..
