CyberSafety Parent Information Evening – To be held at the Hillcrest High School Auditorium on Thursday the 16th of May 2019 from 7pm.

BMX Club
We are promoting our club & BMX as a sport & want to invite your families to our club nights on Wednesday's to enjoy an evening of fun riding in our environment. 
Register at club rooms from 5.15pm, fun racing starts at 6pm for riders of all ages on balance & pedal bikes.  All riders must be fully covered, we offer bike & helmet hire $2 per item. New riders first 3 club nights are FREE to register.
Support our shop & grab your dinner - BBQ - sausages. burgers, hot chips.....
We also run our sprocket training on Monday nights from 5.30pm to 6.30pm to learn skills, build confidence - cost $2 per session & invite new riders to join in for 3 sessions before joining the club.

Please find attached a list of Toolbox Parenting courses in Hamilton and around the Waikato for Term 2 2019.  Contact details for each course are listed. For any parents and caregivers that cannot afford the course fee, subsidies are available – please contact the facilitator or myself.

Saturday Music classes

Enrolments are now open for Term Two 2019 at the Waikato Community School of Music (formerly Hamilton Community Centre of Music). The first session is on Saturday 4th MayThe school caters for all ages and ability levels, including rising threes, retirees and absolute beginners. We offer both group-format music tuition in a range of instruments, as well as an Exam Stream one-to-one option for students who wish to prepare for exams and/or work towards NCEA credits. Group-format class fees range from $39 to $99 per term (average 8 lessons) depending on age and instrument. The enrolment fee for an instrument class includes participation in as many of our ensembles as the student wishes. Instrument hireage may be an option.

A music appreciation/readiness programme (Music Makers) is available from age 3. Young Voices children’s choir caters for those ages 9+. Class times are between 8am and 1:00pm on Saturdays during primary school terms. The centre is located on the University of Waikato campus in Hillcrest.

Marzipan Drama Lessons at School

Is your child shy? Do they feel intimidated by the idea of public speaking and performance? Do they sometimes find it difficult to make eye contact? Do they just need dedicated time per week to just be CRAZY?! Come and join the revolutionary self-confidence programme - Marrzipan! We run awesome classes at schools, which focus on key life skills and public speaking ability. We play fun engaging games and perform at the end of term once to parents and once to the school. All scripts are original, engaging, educational and HILARIOUS. You can sign your child up for a Trial Lesson via our website www.marrzipandrama.co.nz (we have contact numbers on there too, should you prefer to talk to a human!)
